Business Systems Analyst


As a Business Systems Analyst, the Beneficiary responsibilities include:

  • Proficiency in SFDC administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Record Types, Permission sets, Approval Processes, and Tasks etc

  • Interact with various business user groups for gathering the requirements for Salesforce implementation and documented the Business and Software Requirements (BRD).

  • Automate Change Request Process and scheduled it to run on daily basis.

  • Develop Custom Objects, Custom Reports and configured the Analytic Snapshots to dump the data on regular basis for the sales performance.

  • Define lookup and master-detail relationships on the objects and created junction objects to establish connectivity among objects.

  • Create users, roles, territories, public groups and implemented role hierarchies, sharing rules and record level permissions to provide shared access among different users.

  • Manage security settings of the users.

  • Create business rules to ensure the data integrity of the alignment of data.

  • Create workflows to send email alerts, field updates etc.

  • Write customized SOQL queries to extract the data pertaining to the custom fields in objects.

  • Create various Reports (summary reports, matrix reports, pie charts, dashboards and graphics) and Report Folders to assist managers to better utilize Salesforce as sales tool and configured various Reports and for different user profiles.

  • Gain experience in writing custom Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Work Flows, and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates, and Email generation and Outbound messages according to application requirements.




Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related quantitative technical or business field.
